DELIVERY IS TO YOUR DOOR AND FREE and we ship all across the United States. You have a choice between USPS and UPS for your shipping.

The PROCESS IS:

1. Place your order, we will send your your DIY impression kit.

2. Take your impressions and use the prepaid return padded satchel and ship it back to us.

3. Receive your awesome Night Guard within 5 - 9 working days of receiving your impressions.
