It is suited for daytime clenching and light night-time clenching and grinding. They are more comfortable to get used to than other types. However, it will only last for a short time if you are heavy to moderate grinding.

The MYMOFO® – Soft Guard is great for people who have found a Night Guard made from more rigid materials to be too restricting or uncomfortable. It is perfect for softening the impact of clenching.

This product includes the impression kit required to capture your teeth, all postage to and from our lab, a carry case and mirror, and the MYMOFO® Soft Guard.

What is the process, you may ask? Pretty simple. Just the same as it would be when going to see your local dentist, except you will take your own impression.

It’s easy, and the instructions are clear to follow. Your guard will fit like a glove.
